Job Description
We are expanding and looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to manage digital and offline channels, create impactful content to strengthen brand presence, and promote the company’s products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences and analyze online behaviors.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop branding concepts, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising content.
- Organize and manage events, exhibitions, and activations to promote our products and services.
- Identify and optimize marketing channels to effectively communicate product messages to customers.
- Develop innovative and impactful ideas for marketing activities.
- Ensure flawless execution of communication, printing, design, and all marketing materials.
- Lead both outbound and inbound marketing efforts, including event planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content performance.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
- Create and distribute marketing content to advertise the company's products and services.
- Update and maintain company websites to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- +4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Background in software or tech marketing is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in B2B or B2G is required.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising trends is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools is a MUST.
