Job Description

  • Implement and oversee the daily operation of our HR Information Systems
  • Maintain optimal function of the organizations internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, customization, development, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits) Payroll.
  • Perform payroll procedures, ensuring that all data related to monthly salary calculations are entered correctly (days off, unpaid leave, sick leave etc.)
  • Implement, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
  • Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits and development activity.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Business Administration or in Human Resources Management
  • HR diploma
  • Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws
  • Excellent understanding of multi-location payroll and taxes
  • Familiarity with HR software/ HRIS (SAP, and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HRIS specialist or similar role
  • Experience in HR projects and significant business expansion in terms of headcount
  • Hands-on experience with HR database administration
