Job Description
- Supervise daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.

- Implement and enforce operational policies, procedures, and best practices.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the technology, utilities, or facilities management sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven track record of implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Experience working with IoT systems, smart metering, or utility management platforms is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant operations management software.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing operational demands.
