Job Description
- Implement Recruitment Sourcing procedure to optimize the most cost effective recruitment sourcing channels and methods to attract talent
- Implement recruitment interview process, selection and contract signing process, orientation process and appraisal following the 3 month probation period
- Maintain records for all job applications received to include copies of CV’s, Job Application Forms, documentation responding to all applicants and maintain an updated file of all job applicants
- Assist in the development and implementation of the Annual Training needs both for Technical and Behavioral Training
- Oversee the New Employee Orientation program and provide respective feedback to the departments and HR
- Calculate monthly payroll changes and payroll taxes for all cash and non-cash employees. Generate monthly payroll pay slips and ensure distributed to employees. Verifying against master listing of personnel records and approved actions.
- Responsible for the addition of newly hired employees to the medical insurance service and maintaining all related documents
- Responsible for Performance appraisals system for white and blue collars.
- Create job descriptions and update org. Chart.
- Responsible for motivation program and events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- HR Diploma is a plus
