Job Description
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting issues and faults.
- Following safety best practices and regulations.
- Responsible for the usage and identification of the required materials, spare parts, tools and test equipment specifying part number, description equipment to be used and all other necessary information.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and problem solving techniques through attending training sessions, on-site training and self development.
- Maintain professional relationship with customer representative.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required in Electrical Engineering "Power and control department".
· 1-2 years experience preferred.
· Basic knowledge of PLC controllers and measurement instruments.
· Ability to communicate, influence and persuade.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
