Job Description
- Monitor the revamp on the pervious curriculums.
- Review the Innovate the questions and the demonstration way of the new curriculum.
- Supervise on the commitment of the 3 basic steps of the new education (prosper-learn-share).
- Send the work to proofreaders and layout after finishing and reviewing it.
- Create a first match between the SME’s team draft with the proofreaders & layout draft then negotiate /update the comments if needed.
- Innovate with the designers and illustrators the picture and designs needed to highlight the idea.
- Review with the designers and illustrators the order of the pictures with the paragraphs (Texts).
- Ensure that the design is implemented according to the objective perception of the book.
- Create a final match for the work before the printing process.
- Approve on the change in the content font, colors or pictures from the printing side in case of an inappropriate item to the printing conditions.
- Final Review with the content manager and negotiate the updates if needed.
- Sign on every paper to document their approval of them.
- Review on the Innovation of the Bank of Questions.
- Review on the Innovation of the exams and the way of it’s display.
- Supervise on matching the English terminology with the Arabic one.
- Prioritize the job among the different curricula.
- Create the time plan for creating the book.
- Divide the job among the team.
- Review the teamwork and create an internal quality for the outputs.
- Solve the issues between the team.
- Work on solving any obstacle related to the job.
- Add or remove from the book according to the Ministry of Education curriculum updates.
- Direct Contact with the digital team in the process of converting the academic book into a digital one.
- Work as the link between the SME team and the other departments.
- Plan and execute training programs for the teachers.
- Write a script for the explanation videos in the application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Education, Science or Education or any other related field
- Excellent knowledge with the Microsoft Office
- Excellent English
- 5-7 years as a teacher
- Experience in authorship
- Aware of the new curriculum
- Background in educational technology
- Background on the principles of education
