Job Description
- Develop, implement and manage client's social media strategy.
- Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the client's brand identity.
- Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling.
Job Requirements
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Manage and moderate social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, and additional channels.
- Create shareable personalized content appropriate for specific networks in English/Arabic to spread both our brand and our content.
- Ability to write in both Arabic and English.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Snapchat Ads, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads.
- Experience with social media reporting and Analysis.
