Job Description

  • Manage purchasing requests.
  • perform data entry, participates in purchasing projects by researching or providing relevant information
  • Prepares reports accurately and within the allowed time frame.
  • Liaison with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and purchase orders.
  • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents by Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Prefers of commerce Accounting Department.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing role.
  • Age 25 years  maximum.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word- Excel- PowerPoint).
