Job Description
- Managing Mikrotik Firewalls.
- Assembling, disassembling, and maintaining desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Working remotely with efficiency.
- Managing servers and Windows Server systems.
- Ensuring antivirus protection and managing security protocols.
- Handling cloud systems management.
- Supporting IT infrastructure in a company with multiple branches.
- Managing fingerprint devices and setting up new employee fingerprints.
- Understanding and maintaining CCTV systems, including conducting repairs across branches.
- Possessing core IT knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience.
- Ability to manage firewalls and IT infrastructure in a multi-branch environment.
- Strong understanding of networks and server systems.
