Job Description
1- Strategic Leadership & Performance: Develop and execute the overall retail strategy to drive sales growth, profitability, and market presence across all channels (in-store and online).
2- Retail Operations Oversight: Manage all aspects of daily retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, optimizing store efficiency, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and customer experience.
3- E-commerce Channel Management: Oversee the e-commerce operations, focusing on website performance, digital customer journey, inventory synchronization, and achieving online sales targets.
4- Marketing & Brand Alignment: Direct marketing initiatives, both traditional and digital, to promote the retail brand, drive traffic, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all physical and online touchpoints.
5- Financial & Budget Management: Manage the retail budget, control costs, and analyze P&L statements to ensure financial health and maximize return on investment.
6- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify market trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven decisions to improve business outcomes.
7- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
8- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between retail, marketing, finance, and data teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals and resources.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory).
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- 5–7 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably in multi-outlet or chain operations.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing supervisors and front line retail staff.
Proven experience in:
- Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Managing store openings and expansions.
- Controlling operational costs, inventory, and workforce planning.
- Leading customer service improvements.
