Job Description

Supervise mechanical works at the construction site to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to project schedules and safety protocols.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications, providing technical guidance as needed.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks on mechanical installations, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, documenting progress, issues, and resolutions.
Assist in resolving technical issues and discrepancies arising during construction.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of mechanical components.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the resolution of site-related challenges.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and best practices in all mechanical site activities.

Job Requirements

•Degree in Mechanical Engineering
•7+ years of site experience
•Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
•Able to read technical drawings
•Basic computer skills (AutoCAD, Word, Excel)
•Good communication and leadership skills
