Job Description
- Evaluate submitted requests for offers, policies, and technical endorsements by assessing simple and complex risks using Allianz risk guidelines to ensure accurate and competitive quotations.
- Recommend risk acceptance decisions to the direct manager by analyzing policy terms and underwriting limits to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Process policy issuance, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements for head office, branches, and offices within defined service standards to maintain efficiency and accuracy in policy administration.
- Log required data into the appropriate information systems (OPUS, Workflow) by ensuring accurate entry and record-keeping to facilitate smooth underwriting operations and reporting.
- Engage in continuous self-development by staying updated on industry trends, underwriting principles, and company policies to enhance performance and decision-making.
- Handle all client correspondences by responding to inquiries, clarifying policy terms, and resolving issues to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective filing and follow-up systems by organizing documentation and tracking pending actions to ensure efficient record-keeping and operational continuity.
Job Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of experience in the insurance field.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field.
