ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Interaction Designer, you have to be able to look deeper to how people think and act. You’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution. Throughout the design process—from developing user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes—you’ll envision how people will experience our clients’ products, and bring the best out of that vision.
You have to use empathy to understand users, develop solutions that solve their problems, and listen effectively.
You'll be responsible for understanding what users want from their device and then designing it so that they can find all of its features easily without any hassle.
You have to use your skills to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, or sitemaps. You have also to design graphic user interface elements like menus tab widgets.
Good communication skills and the ability to ask others what they think about your designs before even starting work on them is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement new designs for our websites, landing pages and funnels
- Work on projects from wide areas (ecommerce, services and course creators)
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of project needs by performing user research, conducting user tests, and designing rich interactive experiences
- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements and optimize existing user interface designs
- Identify areas of opportunities for clients based on their business goals and objectives and solve functional challenges through brainstorming, ideating, and always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
- Collaborate with developers and consultants to understand technology requirements and business objectives as they relate to the designs of the products
- Build industry-leading solutions by staying up to date with design best practices and latest technologies
- You will be able to demonstrate immediate results on conversion rate and sales
- Be an advocate for a culture of lifelong learners and Conduct an ongoing user research
- Define the tone of voice and language for corporate needs as well as for specific projects and clients
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with design systems that work across a product.
- Experience designing apps for Android and iOS.
- A portfolio showing experience designing web and/or mobile applications.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in designing usable, web-based interfaces for complex internal systems.
- Understanding of clean visual design.
- Effective leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
