Job Description
- Accumulate, analyze, and process financial accounting data in order to prepare tax returns, estimated tax payments, forecasts, and financial accounting estimates of tax.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.
- Review, prepare & submit all taxes.
- Review tax calculations according to prescribed rates, laws, and regulations by required deadlines.
- Visit the tax authorities when needed.
- Handle tax audits and ensure adequate documentation.
- Follow-up latest updates of tax laws and regulations .
- Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
- Share financial data with the accounting department.
- Identify tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-6 years of experience in tax field
- Previous tax experience in a legal accounting office will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- In-depth knowledge of bookkeeping, financial statements & tax-related adjustments
- Familiarity with using tax website & electronic invoice portal
- Good knowledge & application of tax laws & legislation
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
