Job Description
- To be responsible for organizing all communication and correspondence documentation to facilitate daily works and other administrative functions.
- Execute Purchasing sourcing activities, negotiation, contracts, and purchase orders
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Maintains appropriate purchasing records
- Handle quotations to customers.
- Follow up purchase orders to suppliers on time.
- Ensure that invoices are processed on time.
- Follow up with suppliers for the statement of accounts as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Local Purchasing
- Good Command of English
- Proficiency in MS. Office, Ms. Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook, and Etc.
