Job Description

Etisalat Global Services is hiring Fluent English speakers to work as Customer Service Advisors for the Corporate Account (Etisalat UAE Project)

Job description:

  • Communicating with business customers through inbound calls.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • Graduates only of any major
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • No previous experience required
  • Flexible with rotational shifts & weekends
  • Max. age 39

Job benefits:

  • Net salary 6300 EGP/Month (5500 net basic, 800 KPI’s)
  • Social and Medical insurance
  • Free VPN line

Working conditions:

  • 8 working hours, 1 hour break
  • 5 working days ,2 days off (Rotational)
  • Rotational 24/7 for males
  • Max shifts for females end at 9 PM

Location: Maadi (Transportation NOT provided)
