Job Description
- Lead the Developing, implementing and controlling of Human Resource
Strategies, Polices, Procedures and Systems to address the effective
management of Talents across the organization in order to maintain the
Human Capital competitive advantage. - Create business impact by acting as internal strategic \ Trusted advisor to develop and direct
mutually agreed people management activities aligned with organizational
strategy ,objectives and desired employee Performance level , especially
during managing Change. - Develop and implement the Human Resource department strategy aligned
with the Group’s strategy, in addition to ensure vertical and horizontal
integration with other interfacing strategies across the Organization. - Lead the development of Human Resources budget and monitor financial
performance versus the budget across all HR business aspects so that areas
of unsatisfactory performance are identified as improvement area.
Oversee and Lead “Organizational Development” and “Talent
management” Polices, Systems, plans and projects considering all business
updates and industry benchmark. - Lead the development and implementation of initiatives related to
organization Structure design, work Force and productivity planning.
Lead projects related to the development and updating job evaluation
(Work-Load analysis) process , job design, job descriptions and the correct
grading of jobs. - Oversee and Lead the development as well as the implementation of
Compensation & benefits Polices and systems that ensure internal and
external equity and competitiveness. - Lead the development, implementation and improvement of full life cycle of
Talent acquisition including Sourcing, attraction, selection, Hiring and
on boarding practices and procedures to ensure the acquisition of right
qualified calibers in terms of quality and quantity. - Lead the implementation and improvement of full cycle of performance
management system including linking organizational goals with department
, unit , section and individual objectives and KPI’s in addition to analysis the
results & report periodically to all Organization’s leaders. - Build strong employee development culture through developing
comprehensive individual based annual training and development plans. - Oversee and lead the development , improvement of personnel and
administrative sections including Governmental relationship management ,
control of payroll cycle , Maintaining HR master data and employee files up
to date , Social & medical insurance.
Job Requirements
- MBA or Degree in Human Resources is preferred
- Proven working experience as HR Manager in large Organizations
- Manufacturing & Construction experience is an advantage
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practice
