Job Description
- Maintain daily open communication between the Headteacher, staff, and parents through e-mails or phone calls.
- Prepare class lists, bus lists, trip forms, and check-up lists.
- Update the class lists if needed.
- Report any violation to the Headteacher
- Inspect and replace damaged or lost materials
- Prepare and attend staff meetings.
- Assist the staff with the book order.
- Meet all applicable license regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years
- Evidence of experience in the administrative field.
- Evidence of experience in coordinating the work of colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Strong character.
- Very good communication skills.
- Self Confidence.
- Enthusiasm.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
