Job Description
- Handles all personnel tasks.
- Handles Monthly Attendance.
- Process the Monthly Payroll, Overtime, and KPIs.
- Ensures Employees’ adherence to the company’ policies.
- Team Building Activities (internal and external activities to increase employee loyalty)
- Handling the Hiring process.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Handles All employee Relations matters.
- Handle Medical insurance matters.
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Organization skills, Communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and follow-up multiple tasks from start to end.
- Collaboration & Teamwork.
- Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.
