Job Description

  • Handles the purchasing process, in compliance with the set policies and procedures, to fulfil the purchase needs of all departments.
  • Receives the purchase requests from all departments and submits them to the Manager to attain the necessary approvals.
  • Negotiates with suppliers to reach the best price and best quality and to ensure that the terms of the contract comply with the policies of the company.
  • Search for new suppliers continuously introduce new suppliers to get better prices on the market to maintain the stability of supping high-quality materials with the best market prices
  • procurement reports prepared, including cost analysis and comparison report
  • Provide material and supplier data that enable supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
  • Consult with internal stockholders and external entities to develop specifications and makes recommendations regarding purchases and vendors
  • Negotiate favourable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers for the procurement of goods, services and supplies.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in order to inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings.
  • Prepare purchase requests, issue purchase orders, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions
  • Coordinate purchasing details with suppliers including pricing revisions, order changes and invoice discrepancies.
  • Resolves problems and issues arising from the purchase of materials such as unanticipated production orders, price changes, delivery delays, material shortage
  • Coordinate with operations, and warehouse to ensure proper scheduling and receipt of goods and supplies.
  • In addition, managing all banks procedures/finance and negotiating with the suppliers on the price terms of products.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 Years.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Previous Experience using ERP is mandatory.
  • Microsoft 365 is Preferable.
  • Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
