Job Description
Operations Role:
- Managing and executing the e-commerce order cycle
- Process order requests
- Plan the execution of the shipping process
- Tracking orders and shipping cycle
- Work closely with our partner courier companies to ensure smooth deliveries
- Resolving any shipping issues with customer and courier
- Inventory & supplies Management
- Weekly & Monthly reports
Customer Care Role
- Provide outstanding customer service support through effective and timely use of various channels (e.g. phone, FB)
- Identifying new potential clients and putting together prospecting strategies which will involve making a lot of cold calls.
- Account management duties; maintaining contact with our clients, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered with regular follow-ups.
- Resolve inquiries and issues from customers with a solution and satisfaction-oriented mindset.
- Working closely with the social media & marketing teams and getting involved with all aspects of the end-to-end digital projects as well (including web-development, design, testing, operation, etc...).
Job Requirements

- 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing - e-commerce
- A driven personality with an eagerness to learn and attention to detail
- A realistic person, who is quality and detail focused.
- Ability to stick to strict deadlines, priorities and have a keen eye for details
- Clear track record of achieving the required targets and other performance objectives
- Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs
- Detail oriented and quick-thinking personality with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience in Logistics & E-commerce is a Big Plus.
- Good knowledge in marketing and sales
