Job Purpose:
Assets and warehouse accountant will be responsible for efficient maintenance and processing of transactions related to inventory movement and assets of the company
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory accounts & inventory stock.
- Carrying out journal and ledger entries, inventory control and journal entry preparation.
- Analyzing the effects of inventory accounts if shortage or surplus.
- Reconciliation of inventory accounts.
- Follow up “Medical care insurance - General insurance – Accident insurance” calculation and payment supported by HR Dept.
- Provide monthly “uniform inventory – General inventory – Assets inventory “reports.
- Managing suppliers accounts.
Job KPI:
- Accuracy of the inventory accounts and stock reports.

Job Requirements
Job Specification
Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance and accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting & certificates in inventory control will be an asset.
- Solid background in the same filed.
- Computer skills.
Experience Year/Area:
- Well versed with accounting transactions.
- Considerable knowledge of accounting software.
- Considerable knowledge of the bookkeeping, and accounting duties.
- Proficient in data entry management.
- Operational knowledge of inventory flows.
