Job Description
- Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware resources.
- Ensure daily backup operations are performed.
- Create, change, and delete user accounts per request as necessary.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
- Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required.
- Work with database teams to resolve performance issues.
- Work on high availability (Cluster) implementation.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in Linux server administration
- Strong Knowledge in AWS, CentOS, cPanel, WHM, MYSQL server, web hosting, PHP.
- Knowledge in Networking and networking protocols such as DNS, SMTP.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
