Job Description
- Develop new product formulations for the company.
- Plan, conduct, and evaluate trials and experiments for product development and quality assessment.
- Adjust formulas based on batch size and application conditions.
- Collaborate with production and quality control staff to resolve issues with product formulations.
- Use a chemistry background to evaluate raw materials for replacement.
- Finding out new raw materials (New vendor development).
- Responsible for new process development for laboratory functions.
- Work as a member of cross-functional teams with members of purchasing, sales, marketing, production, and supply chain departments to improve profitability, efficiency, and market share.
- Test and evaluate any paint product against competitors.
- Comparative study of competitor products.
- Study and Find out new application methods.
- Preparation of product Documentation( TDS/MSDS/ QC Sheet)
- Revise technically any printed Market advertising.
- Product Certification.
- Documentation & Reporting.
- Rain/guide to the new technicians and follow-ups.
- Production standardization
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Paints Technology.
- Good mathematical Skills
- Good Analytical Skills
- Basic paints/chemistry knowledge
- Research & development abilities.
- MS office skills.
- Good level of English (reading, written, and spoken).
