Job Description
- Study the evaluations provided by consulting and different systems and put notes on them and the possibility of improving them. Make the necessary coordination and review them.
- Calculating quantities and reviewing the pricing of different items and systems.
- Executing items on the site. Reviewing and approving periodic abstracts.
- Reporting reports, the progress of periodic works, making executive drawings required for implementation, determining the duration.
- Estimate the required time for each item of the required works and a request to purchase the required materials. Determine the type of raw materials and follow up on their availability in the warehouse.
- Follow up the work required to prepare the general site, verify the quality of the work carried out, and perform the required tests.
Job Requirements
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering is a must.
- Experience in the same field 3 years minimum is a must.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, water supply, and drainage systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Hap software calculation is a must.
- Proficiency in Elite software calculation is a must.
- Good command of the English Language.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Giza resident is preferred.
