We are currently seeking Sales Chat/ Phone Support System agent to join our team. Live chats and direct contact with end-clients are some of the most direct interactions we have with our clients. With this in mind, it is the responsibility of our live chat/Phone team to ensure that our customer's interactions with us are both helpful and timely closing potential deals on related services.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via Online chat/ Phone.
- Provide information about the services via Online chat / Phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns via online chat / Phone.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions via online chat / Phone over company system.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services.
- Process payments with clients during Chat / Call session.
- Direct all different inquiries coming through Chat to the responsible teams if not related to a potential client.
- Identify potential clients and maintain a follow up on open cases for closing.
Working hours: 12 hours shift - 3 days off
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (direct sales).
- Experienced with Sales closing techniques.
- Display advanced internet and window-based computer skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
