Job Description
- Manages the IT Department Different functions
- Evaluates user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs.
- Researches, guides and installs new systems to enhance Business Operations
- Ensures the smooth running of all ICT systems
- Ensures that software licensing laws are adhered to.
- Provides users with appropriate support and advice through the Team.
- Manages crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems.
- Mentors and training new ICT support staff.
- Keeps up to date with the latest technologies.
- Directs daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
- Prepares and reviews operational status reports or project progress reports.
- Reviews project plans to plan and coordinate the project related activities with the concerned stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 6-10 Years of experience .
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field.
