Job Description

  • Prepare paperwork and and facilitate smooth daily HR transactions
  • Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, including entering data into HRMS 
  • Manage employees’ contracts procedures.
  • Responsible for the employees' database records and updates.
  • Handle communication with governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority, and ministry of manpower) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
  • Support in the recruitment process

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent command of the English Language.
  • Excellent Computer Skills
