Job Description
- Prepare paperwork and and facilitate smooth daily HR transactions
- Handle all administrative tasks for on-boarding, including entering data into HRMS
- Manage employees’ contracts procedures.
- Responsible for the employees' database records and updates.
- Handle communication with governmental authorities (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority, and ministry of manpower) and ensure compliance to governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Support in the recruitment process
