Job Description
- Responsible for all maintenance work.
- Responsible for the company stationery store.
- Responsible for stationery, office equipment’s purchasing & Printing.
- Supervise the office boys, securities and messengers.
- Follow up with the Hygiene company.
- Responsible for the administration budget.
- Handling with the cars rent agencies for top management.
- Responsible, Monitor the fixed assets and update the fixed assets register.
- Handle the external visits to appraise AMLAK’s units.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing register of the company.
- Responsible for vendor management procedures for all departments.
- Supervise all related matters to the external archiving company and responsible for the courier agency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree .
- 3-5 years experience in administrative work.
- Experience in vendor management is a must.
- Good in English ( writing and speaking ).
- Flexibility.
- work under pressure.
- Good communication skills.
- Males only.
