Job Description

  • Provide basic information to customers on products
  • Handle customers’ queries/complaints through live chat in a professional manner
  • Manage and resolve customer’s requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Align with different departments to further resolve the customer issue
  • Provide extensive product knowledge and handle all requests from customers on website products
  • Responsible for apprising to the supervisor of daily opportunities, problems, etc.

Working Conditions:

  • 9 working hours including 1-hour break
  • 6 working days and 1 day off
  • Work location: Maadi office

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English is a MUST
  • Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of issues.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in typing at a fast pace
