Job Description
- Provide basic information to customers on products
- Handle customers’ queries/complaints through live chat in a professional manner
- Manage and resolve customer’s requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Align with different departments to further resolve the customer issue
- Provide extensive product knowledge and handle all requests from customers on website products
- Responsible for apprising to the supervisor of daily opportunities, problems, etc.
Working Conditions:
- 9 working hours including 1-hour break
- 6 working days and 1 day off
- Work location: Maadi office
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of issues.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in typing at a fast pace
