Job Description

Planning & Monitoring Process

  • Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns

Operational  Excellence Process 

  • Receive the job requisitions from department heads and act accordingly
  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Work with human resources department to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Direct and oversee the hiring of upper management and executives
  • Ensure current staff numbers are sufficient and appropriately distributed
  • Engage in effective recruitment methods to determine useful applicant markets
  • Process and track applicant job submissions
  • Manage recruitment databases
  • Conduct and request required tests needed for hire (proficiency, background, drug, etc.)
  • Manage recruitment efforts and advertising budgets
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for recruitment team
  • Train and supervise recruiters in correct company processes
  • Encourage open lines of communication between yourself and recruiting team
  • Conduct frequent performance reviews for recruiters
  • Attend recruiting fairs to find prospective employees
  • Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection or our brand and company
  • Adherence to fair employment laws and practices
  • Builds effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
  • Selects employment advertising methods when needed Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the manager

  • Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques

Job Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • HR Post Graduates Studies
  • 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment
  • Excellent knowledge in Human Resources Management.
  • Excellent negotiation & persuasion skills,
  • Effective interactive communication skills
  • Excellent level of customer high focus.
  • Managerial and leadership experience
  • Exemplary communication skills both oral and written
  • Consistently meets deadlines
  • Ability to identify and define and analyze problems and situations, and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Good strategic thinking ability and high capability to effectively meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to work under continuous stress.
  • Excellent Compliance with the company’s policies.
