Job Description
We are looking for an active Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets with office boy.
- handle the employee’s business lines and business cards.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Generate and preparing reports.
- Support all departments in the administration tasks.
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
- Book meeting rooms as required.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- Schedule in-house and external events.
- Support the HR department in the administration tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience from 2-3 years in the same role is a must.
- Females only.
- Excellent English language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint) is a must.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Honesty and the highest ethical standards
- Positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment
Location: Nasr City, Cairo.
Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
