Job Description

We are looking for an active Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets with office boy.
  • handle the employee’s business lines and business cards.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Generate and preparing reports.
  • Support all departments in the administration tasks.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.
  • Support the HR department in the administration tasks.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience from 2-3 years in the same role is a must.
  • Females only.
  • Excellent English language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word-Excel-PowerPoint) is a must.
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Honesty and the highest ethical standards
  • Positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment

Location: Nasr City, Cairo.

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
