Job Description
- o Create Reports about IT inventory
- o Create Reports about IT services delivered
- o Maintain inventory for all equipment, software to fulfill customer requests n the determined time.
- o Ensure all hardware registered through ITSM/Client Management tool
- o Ensure all requests /issues came through ITSM/Ticketing tool.
- o Monitor, and record software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
- o Implement procedures for tracking systems assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
- o Oversee a system-wide IT asset management program.
- o Maintain a list of system level contacts to assist with maintenance of asset management database.
- o Maintain, and enforce asset management procedures and standards.
- o Maintain asset management procedure manual that contains detailed descriptions of system functions, tasks, responsibilities.
- o Coordinate system-wide hardware disposal efforts
- o Review system purchase requisitions for compliance with IT standards for hardware, software, and vendor selection.
- o Generate asset tracking reports as needed by Technology leadership for planning and budgeting purposes.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Computer Engineering or computer science (preferred)
