Job Description
- Working with student in graduation projects including preparing researches , designs and drawings till the final presentation.
- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients exterior and interior work.
- Prepare planning applications and presentations.
- Producing detailed drawings from which costings are made.
- Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Co-coordinating the work of contractors
- Making site visits to check on progress
Job Requirements
- Have a bachelor degree in architecture.
- Be inventive and imaginative
- Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Have good drawing skills, to be creative in exterior forms.
- Have experience in shop-drawing and working details
- Working professionally with AutoCAD , 3D-max is a must especially exterior work.
- Working with post production programs such as Photoshop.
- Can use Microsoft office.
- Experience in surfing the internet
- Creativity is needed.
