Job Description
- Gather, interpret and translate customer needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Act as the point of contact between the team and the client.
- Ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
- Review the tasks delivered by the team while following up its progress and ensure that it meets the determined criteria
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
- Schedule and lead meetings to identify and fix issues
- Create user stories, prototypes and wireframes and BRD documents
- Coordinate sprints and schedule releases
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or any relevant discipline
- Familiarity with Agile principles and process
- Hands on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle management
- Familiarity with market research and consumer’s behavior
- Strong knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills
