Job Description
We are looking to hire Retail Stores Operation Manager for a clothing repairs and alterations company. This is the first company of its kind in Egypt. The company has more than 120 employees and 18 stores across Cairo and Giza. The company has the potential to become one of the best that there are of that type in the world.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Execute the CEO’s policies and daily instructions.
- Work directly with the CEO to execute the development plan, which basically focuses on raising store standards to become world-class, i.e. among the world’s best when compared with all similar stores anywhere in the world. The CEO is looking to make the stores excellent in quality, speed, value, and ultimately customer satisfaction.
- Handle day-to-day operation of the stores and employees.
- Visit stores constantly to maintain and enhance employees' performance, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide training to employees to develop their skills and enhance their job performance.
- Monitor the activities of the customer service department of retail outlets to ensure a satisfied clientele.
Job Requirements
- Leadership skills
- Less than 45 years of age. (He/She) will have to spend time visiting stores across Cairo and Giza.
- Able to execute policies
- Integrity, intelligence, and energy are of utmost importance.
- Punctual
- Work under stress
- Experience in-store management is an advantage.
