Job Description
We are seeking a product manager to:
- Lead the entire endeavor from building it to eventually managing it
- Lead a team to develop an off the shelf software that helps customers do their strategic planning as well as build and manage the PMO across different business units or companies
- After completion and launching of the product, the individual will assume the role of the general manager of the company…so basically you need to be able to evolve from an amazing product/project manager into an amazing Mini CEO!!!
Job Requirements
- Should have good enough experience with building the team to develop such an application or platform
- Have the ability to manage the team
- Doesn't need to be super technical, but needs to be an amazing project manager that ensures the delivery is up to standard and on time…coming from a Technical Software Development background is a plus
- Can manage the budget and financials of the this new startup
- Can mange the day to activities and work tasks for the different technical developers, UI/UX designers, testing team, devops people, marketing/branding team, etc…
- Can work with external client in Egypt and across MENA to build POCs/Demos, and initiate the business development and sales process
- It's quite important to for the individual to be very visionary with technology with special focus on big data, analytics, data modeling, etc…
