Job Description
- Develop or maintain consistent Job descriptions for all college positions.
- Suggest and make deals with various recruitment platforms in cooperation with the department head.
- Advertise jobs on different recruitment platforms.
- Filter and screen CVs for white and blue collars positions.
- Conduct phone interviews and test communication skills and preliminary English language.
- Conduct face to face interviews with white and blue collars.
- Create pre-employment tests for all white collars to test the English language and computer skills.
- Assess a candidate’s ability to fit in the college working environment.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Understand the college policy regarding recruitment guidelines.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Able to create well-organized documentation and filing for all recruitment activities.
- Generate reports when asked.
- Able to create a positive experience for all candidates applying at MCE.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in related field.
- BA in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field.
- Practical experience in the field of Recruitment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Fluent English.
