Job Description
Job Summary: At Chefaa you are as a Med-Senior HR Generalist you will be responsible for 3 main functions (Recruitment, HR-Operations and Performance Management) plus any other related duties.
Recruitment:
- Identifying the Hiring Needs, Preparing the Job Description, Talent Search, Screening and Shortlisting, Interviewing, Evaluation and Offer of Employment. Introduction and Induction of the New Employee.
- Analyze and select based on the hiring managers criteria and the HR understanding skills & competencies required for job openings then Review and provide feedback to managers during the pre & post hire process.
HR Operations:
- Payroll; tracking all pay increases, active employees and reviewing the pre-process payroll register on a bi-weekly basis [Variables].
- Manage the administration of leaves, absence process and handle them using Freshteam software or any suitable HRIS.
- Personnel; Following up with related documentation as needed, and serving as an information source for the employee.
- Deal with the external legal parties like [Social insurance and labor office].
- ER; handling employee relations counseling and resolving issues when needed.
Performance Management:
- Conduct the whole performance management cycle using the suitable technique that leads to identifying the employees & Managers performance from one side and the business internal challenges from the other side reporting these data to the executive team for enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree; HR Management or related field required.
- Three to Five years of HR-experience generally.
- White collar experience specially in technical recruiting is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
