Job Description

We are seeking to hire functional consultant in MS Modern Workplace to be responsible for Implementing and Managing MS collaboration tools (MS 365) and MS forms.

The Consultant plays a vital role in the Provisioning, Administration, and support of Microsoft 365 tools like (MS Teams, MS Yammer, MS Viva and MS forms), with understanding the company business needs and users’ functional requirements and train users to utilize collaboration tools based on the best practice.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • leading and Managing MS modern place implementation, operating Microsoft 365 specially (MS Teams, MS Yammer, MS Viva and MS forms)
  • Building solutions based on business requirements using MS365 tools.
  • Training and educating end-users on Microsoft 365 capabilities and collaboration tools.
  • Identifying opportunities with existing systems and processes where collaboration tools can greatly improve ways of working across the organization.
  • Ensuring the operational health of the Microsoft 365 environment including security, availability, performance and reliability.
  • Tracking product changes and contributing to the service roadmap.
  • Keeping track of new and updated features

 

Job Requirements

  • Associate/Bachelor's Degree in related Technical field.
  • 10 years of experience in the same field.
  • Must have a strong Project Management experience, and user interface experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and can present complex information.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Must have the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and takes full responsibility for quality and timescales of own work
  • Proven experience in MS 365 implementation projects, operating, and supporting the Microsoft 365 collaboration suite (including Microsoft 365 Groups, Power BI, OneDrive for Business, Sway, Forms, Bookings, Docs, Delve, GroupMe, MyAnalytics, Planner, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Stream, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft To-Do, skype, Yammer, Powershell), predominantly SharePoint Online, to Administrator level.
  • Proven knowledge of how to approach the analysis of requirements and business processes and then apply findings to the design of solutions.
  • The ability to pick up skill sets introduced within the Microsoft 365 environment.
