Job Description
- Manage the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each vacant position including job posts, coordinating required verifications, interviews, discussing the job offer in case of acceptance and/or sharing feedback in case of rejection or pipeline.
- Categorize all needs of replacement positions or expansion requests and work on their hiring (Sourcing, Screening & Interviewing).
- Attract target candidates by placing job advertisement either internal or external through different related portals.
- Source and Screen candidates’ qualifications, for a specific job or for developing a pool of qualified candidates against the needed criterion as referred in job descriptions.
- Build applicants resources by researching and contacting related community services and different recruitment channels.
- Arrange all management interviews, final interviews and requested assessments- if any- as per the followed process.
- Interview and evaluate applicants against the hiring standards setup as followed by the company
- Track and report all recruitment KPIs achievements and follow continuous improvement benchmarks.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of the retail industry and the Egyptian and regional market for this industry
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and tactics.
- Good communications and negotiation skills
- Resourceful and speedy responder
- High-quality focus skills and attention to details
- Good user of Microsoft Office
- Good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Project Management
