Job Description

Position Objective:

The primary function will be to plan and perform sales efforts. And make sure it is in phase with the market development and trends and coping with the expected future trends. This objective is to be achieved through perfect analytical capability by searching in both directions new products and new markets either geographic of industry served.

Supervises:

  • Sales Team
  • Marketing Team

Sales:

  • Design and identify overall area sales goals.
  • Make regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts.
  • Make effective customer presentations, proposal pricing is accurate and technically correct.
  • Keep history of new account development
  • Keep record of the market behavior, competitors activities, sales prices and volume
  • Internal arrangement of the sales department and building new generations of sales engineers.

Marketing: 

  • Promote the company Services image throughout the industry.
  • Implement area marketing plan on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist corporate needs in new service assessments, marketing research and literature development
  • Agreements for agencies and support of the major market players will be the responsibility of the business development officer
  • Supervises marketing research and campaigns.

Member of the Area Management: 

  • Assist in the development of the area sales and marketing plan.
  • Bring input and new ideas on Sales and Marketing activities

Public Relations: 

  • Promote sales through active participation in trade shows and professional societies, give effective
  • presentations for the company

Customer support: 

  • Interpret Engineering Reports for customers and assist with the engineering recommendations.
  • His responsible for converting customer problems and unfulfilled needs into the potential business area
  • Attend many exhibitions and conferences to gain knowledge of market trends and potential applications that can be implemented by the company.

Job Requirements

Education and professional qualifications:

  • Graduate engineer (BSc) and min 5 years of experience in similar work
  • MBA is a plus
  • Valid driver's license
  • Sales activity requires flexible hours on weekends; requires some overnight travel to cover sales territory
  • Professional level of skill needed for consulting with fellow employees, customers, suppliers, and potential new customers.
  • Strength in selling maintenance and engineering services is desirable.
  • Fluent English language and other language is a privilege.
