Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive requests from customers and place quotations.
- Provide and explain programs to customers based on their needs.
- Inspect received parts based on CAT guidelines and evaluate it’s to condition to be re-manufactured.
- Check the availability of requested parts in the warehouse and inventory.
- Coordinate and follow up with a warehouse of parts delivery time to the customers.
- Coordinate between customers and outdoor sales engineers to provide customers with guidance for after-sale services.
The position follows the normal working environment of the organization. - Indoor: 100%

Job Requirements
Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Preferable to have previous experience in call center agents.
Knowledge:
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in any major.
