Job Description

  • To provide all necessary social media requirements and promote marketing campaigns to endorse Semak products on social media platforms.

Job Requirements

  • From 1:3 years of experience in the same role. 
  • Previous experience in social media content moderator role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Arabic | English (written – typing skill) and Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
