- To provide all necessary social media requirements and promote marketing campaigns to endorse Semak products on social media platforms.
Job Requirements
- From 1:3 years of experience in the same role.
- Previous experience in social media content moderator role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic | English (written – typing skill) and Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure.
