Job Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment while ensuring proper change and receipt issuance.
- Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance throughout their visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, reporting any discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Support promotional activities and upsell products when appropriate.

- 2-5 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
