Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing & Communication Executive to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage ATL campaigns and lead BTL activities including events, activations, trade marketing, and promotions
- Oversee content strategy and creation across digital and offline platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Build and manage strategic partnerships and brand collaborations to expand market reach
- Identify new collaboration opportunities and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements
- Coordinate with media agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, optimize ROI, and manage the marketing budget effectively
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven experience in ATL, BTL, content development, and partnership management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
