Job Description
Overall Responsibilities
- To ensure the closure of the work order from the Field Tech / Subcontractors
- To ensure fault cause is mentioned while closure of the work orders
- Support the Field Force with additional information related to the network fault.
- Coordinating with NOC
- Maintaining the SLA’s related to the work orders
Main Tasks
- Timely (with in SLA) Assignment and Dispatching of Automatic and manual Work Orders to the Field Technicians
- Tracking the closure of Work Orders by Field Force
- Creating manual Work Orders on request of Field Technicians or SPOCs for specific work related to Field Operations.
- Coordinating with NOC regarding the Work Order Closure and in case of missing of Work Orders.
- Escalation to FM in case site outage for Jeopardy Work orders.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor/ Diploma of Engineering with an experience of 1-3 years.
- Experience of working on Radio/ MW/Core Networks, at least 1
Professional/Technical Competence
- GSM experience and telecommunication Knowledge.
- MS Office
Human Competence
- Ability to take complete responsibility for the application
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to adapt to changes and working under stress
- Ability to work in a team and motivate people
