Job Description

  • Following up with R&D team the server folders of each product.
  •   Preparing complete file as a hard copy for each developed product based on the created folder in the server.
  •   Getting the signatures on the documents of product release.
  •   Co-ordinate the activities of the Tender Support by attending all the meetings of tender support team and recording the MOM to follow up the actions and activities.
  •   Controlling the file of the Model name creation.
  •   Following up the shipment and tracking number of R&D samples.
  •   Co-Operate with logistics team to follow up delivery Status.
  •   Receive R&D sample from logistics.
  •   Record the samples in the R&D warehouse sheet.
  •   Controlling the transactions of R&D warehouse.
  •   Preparing reports and presentation as per R&D director instruction. 
  •  Creating and updating contact lists of outsourcing manufacturers and suppliers.
  •   Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  •   Recording and sharing the MOM of R&D meetings.
  •   Archiving, Filing, typing, copying, printing, scanning…etc. 
  •  Being a point of contact for staff or external stakeholders in administrative matters.
  •   Greeting and directing the visitors of R&D director and handling their quires. 
  •  Controlling and monitoring employee vacation records.
  •   Controlling and compensating the stationary supplies of the office of R&D director.
  •   Organizing the matters of R&D Director and his office. 
  •  Controlling the PRs (Purchasing Requisitions) as per the requirements of R&D dep

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or equalities

Minimum Experience:

  • At least from 1-2 Years of experience as a receptionist
