Job Description
- Responsible for opening and closing the store and securing all assets.
- Liaising with Branch Offices regarding the intercompany shipments via domestic transportation companies
- Ensure applying authority guidelines.
- Organize physical inventories periodically.
- Communicate with Customer Service Supervisor/Representatives regarding inventory levels and needs of the store.
- Follow safety procedures and controlling storage according to products &Maintain the expired goods in a dedicated location
- Follow the FIFO technique to control expiration dates of sterile products and warrant of equipment.
- Follow up the Blocked &In Quality inspection material with Technical Team
- Deliver or route equipment to departments, using work devices, such as hand trucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.
- Report the receiving &returned shipment in an excel sheet [SRV-GR report]
- Following up transit lost goods through liaising with logistics agent for any disc., in receiving goods from vendors
- Checking new &returned goods upon arrival in coordination with the technical/sales team
Job Requirements
- 3:5 years store keeping with a clean record
- Experience in ERP systems SAP will be plus
- Capable to deal with forms in both Arabic and English languages
- Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc
