Celebrity Acquisition Lead

The main role will be searching, acquiring, and assisting celebrities to join Nejmo and help them solve all their problems and get their feedback. Their daily job will be messaging and researching celebrities in different fields to convince them to join Nejmo. 

Celebrity Acquisition lead helps the management team locate and connect with the right talent, set the talent acquisition strategy. Communicate with talents. And follow up on their activity on the platform. And maintain a good relationship with them for better experience using Nejmo. 

• Help the management team locate and connect with the right talent.
• Cooperate with management to set the talent acquisition strategy, and build lists of potential talents
• Communicate with talents before, during, and after signing them up through social media DMs, phone calls, personal meetings, etc.
• Contribute on onboarding by providing guidance and tips on how to create an account, create a welcome video, and add banking details...etc.
• Follow up on the celebrities by making sure they’re doing everything right and achieving up to the best performance standards to get the most of Nejmo through suggestions on how to improve the profile and Increase bookings.
• Contribute to acquiring new team members to help out with Celebrity acquisition team expansion.
• Communicate talent’s problems with software to be shared with the Developers Team.
• Approve talents on Nejmo’s admin panel.
• Keep up with all social media platforms and trending talents to invite them to the platform.
• Properly document progress on CRM system and achieving monthly KPIs.
• Perform new partnerships with Nejmo to acquire more users Like Netflix, Disney Vodafone, and so on.
• Identify the best Reaction Videos to be shared with the marketing department.
